Since 2008 Cynthia Brashears has worked tirelessly and has taken the Cole neighborhood association from a Mom-and-Pop-show to a thriving neighborhood association.

Her commitment to diversity makes her a builder of bridges bringing members of all cultures and ethnic groups together to transform Cole Neighborhood Association into a 501c3 organization that has five standing committees and a board that will be invaluable to Cole’s future development.
