Please Note:  Cheesman Park will be closed from 9 – 12 on this date for the SAME Cafe Monster Mile Run.
Members should enter 1201 Williams from 13th Avenue.
9:30 to 10:30 am – Brad Buchanan, Director, Community Planning and Development – Brad will discuss the Department’s current and future projects.
10:30 to 11:00 Initiative 300 – The Green Roof Initiative.   Peter Wall will be presenting the opposing views to the Initiative.  A supporter will be present to discuss support for the referred question.
11:00 to 11:30  Tom Fesing, Board Member at Large, East Colfax Neighborhood Association – Tom will discuss the 7 Star Motel (located on East Colfax) revocation/suspension of the lodging license by Excise and Licenses and the nuisance abatement initiated by the City Attorney.
If you have issues which you believe will be of benefit to the ZAP Committee members, please advise the chair so that he can schedule the issues to be heard by the Committee at a future meeting.
The committee usually meets on the fourth Saturday of each month.

  1. I am very interested in serving on the INC Zoning & Planning Committee as a representative or advisor regarding marijuana issues; however, due to a prior commitment I will not be able to attend the June 24 Zoning & Planning meeting.
