9:30 – 10:15 am Presentation by Abe Barge, Principal City Planner and Albus Brooks, President, City Council, regarding Denver Zoning and Code Text Amendment to establish overlay zone districts around the 38th and Blake commuter rail station to require higher design quality and to set up an incentive height system for provision of affordable housing.
10:15 – 10:35 am Presentation by Jake Martin, GO Bond Campaign – what is included and voter information.
10:35 – 11:00 am Presentation by Drew Dutcher. Learn about the INC Sponsored Public Form – Elements of Lawsuits Pertaining to Platte to Park Hill Storm Water Diversion & the I-70 Expansion to be held on September 9. 8:30 to 11:30, Manual High School.
11:00 – 11:20 Presentation by Heather Noyes, Update regarding Slot Homes.  Heather was on the task force for study of the issue.
11:20 – 11:30 – Time permitting, Round the Room.
If you have issues which you believe will be of benefit to the ZAP Committee members, please advise the chair so that he can schedule the issues to be heard by the Committee at a future meeting.
The committee usually meets on the fourth Saturday of each month.   The September 2017 Zoning and Planning Committee will meet on September 23, 2017.  Please calendar and plan to attend.

  1. I am very interested in serving on the INC Zoning & Planning Committee as a representative or advisor regarding marijuana issues; however, due to a prior commitment I will not be able to attend the June 24 Zoning & Planning meeting.
