Denver’s Vanishing Sense of Place- From the President- July 2015 — 3 Comments

  1. I so appreciate the words of Larry Ambrose and all you INC’sters who make this city work for all people. Without INC we would no idea–like the song from back in the day “There’s something wrong here but we don’t know what it is…” Thanks to INC we DO know what IT is…

  2. What has not been discussed as a critical part of rezoning the city are the limits imposed by the availability of water. Colorado gets no water from rivers and streams. All our water comes from the sky. Ignoring what is happening in California in regard to water suggests that a future drought may place us in peril over which we will have no control. How many people make up a “great city”? At the height of the Renaissance there were 200,000 people in Florence, Italy, where all the great people of the era lived. We are seeking to attract labor not quality.
