1840 April Executive Meeting Minutes Approved.

• 1850    TREASURY REPORT: Greg Sorensen
  • The Storage Unit was moved to a facility on 333 Broadway.
  • One Sky One World sent a thank you letter.
  • Suggestion was made to get a copy of the proclamation.

• 1850    COMMITTEE UPDATES:
  • CAS UPDATE
    • Results from Survey.
    • Concerns about quotes in survey/logo.
    • Proposal to place the results on the INC website, was approved with one abstention.
  • DENVER DECIDES: Jane Potts
    • Candidate and Issue Forums.
    • League of Women Voters.
    • Should we use zoom to conduct these forums?
    • Greg proposed a motion that we support The League of Women Voters and give them $ 250.00.
    • Judy seconded the motion.
    • Motion carried, no abstensions.

AUDITOR’S OFFICE: Loretta Kohler

•  May Meeting presenters will be Auditor O’brien, Jeffery Garcia.
• They will be on agenda from 9:30- 9:45 a.m.
• Rental Licenses in June.
  • Park Hill Golf course in July.
  • Refugees in August or September ( Parry Burnap).
  • CHANGE OF EXECUTIVE MEETING TIME:
  • New executive meeting time is the Monday before the Saturday Delegate meeting.
  • Unless it falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held the following day ( Tuesday).
  • DIVERSITY AND EQUITY NEXT STEPS:
  • Bring Juston into the next executive committee meeting.
  • Schedule how to move forward, due to concerns from board members about the progress and money spent.
  • Emmett will set up a meeting with Juston, target dates are April 18-21st.

• Schedule interim meeting between April 18 to April 21st.

• How to refer to ourselves.
• What is meant by Administration.
• Educational Forums.
• Requesting topics that  the INC can interface with.
• How we administer our meetings, zoom/in person.
• Inquire about community concerns.
• Next draft will be in two weeks.
