he meeting will highlight the recent changes to the Denver Zoning Code making it easier for owners to build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s). Come learn with us as we hear from:
- Councilwoman and Council President, Jamie Torres from District 3 who is a supporter of the changes and was very involved in the process
- West Denver Renaissance Collaborative who works with homeowners and program partners to plan, price, design, finance, and build an ADU on their residential property.
- A homeowner who has successfully constructed an ADU on their property will share their experience from planning to completion and what the benefits have been and any challenges.
- An environmental perspective on how ADU’s align with sustainability issues.
