The motion proposed at INC Delegate meeting Sep 12 is as follows:
Denver Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC) is anti-racist, and is against all forms of racism.
Accordingly, all actions considered by, taken by, or supported by INC shall be clearly shown to have the effect of eliminating racism and racially-disparate impacts.

On September 14, INC held a public forum about the Neighborhood Planning Initiative/NPI the City is conducting for the 78 statistical neighborhoods within Denver County. Over 200 attended the forum.
