1840    TREASURY REPORT: Greg Sorensen

• Greg is checking on another storage space that is less expensive at 545 Broadway.
• Most storage places require Insurance for valuable items; will investigate insurance options.
• Reallocation of Education Committee funds. Trupti Suthar suggested using funds for Annual Membership Drive.
• Motion to move $200 from Education Committee to Membership made by Greg Sorensen and seconded by Trupti Suthar. Motion carried unanimously.

1925    NEXT STEPS FOR DIVERSITY AND EQUITY

• Set up a meeting with Juston Cooper about the contract and moving forward.
• What are the next steps in the action plan?
• Next meeting on subject is April 4, 2022.
• Proposal was made to change executive meetings before the delegate meetings, by Greg Sorensen.
• Discussion of sites for In-Person meetings
• Topics were tabled for the next meeting.

1935    AGENDA TOPICS FOR MONTHLY MEETINGS

• Places to host In-Person meetings
• Discussion of quarterly social hour meetings option instead of monthly in-person delegate meetings.
• Surveys will be sent out to the delegates, concerning social meetings, and delegate meetings.
• Judy and Maggie will work on a questionnaire
• Lamone Noles will report on work at the May meeting.

1945    DISCUSSION ON APRIL MEETING

• Pay as you throw/Waste no More.
• Crime
• Redistricting
• Parks and Recreation ( where money is going)- later June, July

• Rental Registration- Short Term
• Solid Waste Management-April 9th-Pay As You Throw.
• Suggested speakers Sunni Beniot, Ean Tafoya.
• Adam Metzler will check on speakers.

2015    DISCUSSION ON TOPIC OF CRIME

• Loretta asked for someone to attend STRAC meetings every month and report findings back to the INC.
• Lamone Noles agreed to be the liaison.

2024    DISCUSSION ON LIST OF QUESTIONS FOR SURVEY

• Social Hour/ Happy Hour
• Judy Baxter will prepare a list of survey questions.
• Greg Sorensen suggested a new nominating committee for the vacant Delegate-at- Large position.
• Discussion was tabled, the new President has the authority to appoint someone.
• Greg Sorensen suggested Lou Rader or Dave Halterman
• Lamone Noles will work on the renal registry program.
