• Motion distributed to all Delegates by e-mail to review prior to meeting, included
below
• Discussion with Delegates and Keith Meyer
• Loretta Koehler called for the vote on the motion to support the motion circulated to
all delegates in support of Colorado Youth Sustainability Board Climate Resolution.

• Vote: 26 in favor, 1 opposed, and 2 noting abstention. Motion passes.

could not use the Zoom polling feature for voting), prior to finalizing these
minutes
