DENVER~ Blair Taylor was appointed to the Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation/INC Board of Directors as a Secretary, and approved by its delegates on January 11, 2020.  She is a Greater Park Hill resident.

Blair received the INC Neighborhood Star award in 2019 to honor her ability to lead and bring neighbors from many backgrounds together to resolve common issues such as saving neighborhood parks, traffic management and issues related to gentrification.

She consistently stepped up for her Park Hill community both as a board member and an interested resident to tackle problems — for which she also received her neighborhood organization’s highest award, The Carlton Babbs Award, in 2018.

Blair is a small business consultant and graphic designer with degrees from the Savannah College of Art and Design (MFA) and University of Denver (MBA).
